Hardline was founded by Tahi, a qualified builder with 8 years of hands-on experience working on the tools and progressing into foreman roles with highly reputable building companies. Over the years, Tahi has worked alongside a wide range of builders and tradespeople, gaining valuable perspectives, different approaches and an understanding of what makes a successful build. Every project brought its own challenges that showed small issues can become bigger ones if they’re overlooked.

That experience in the building industry showed him how valuable an independent set of eyes can be, especially when people are making major property decisions. It was through those experiences that the idea of Hardline was born. These experiences showed firsthand the difference between quality workmanship and work that falls short of the expected standard.
