Add-ons are also available to make our basic inspection tailored to the property. Maybe the roof was recently replaced by a reputable roofer, but you’d like to know how energy efficient the home is? Or perhaps the bathroom had recently been fully tiled but not sure if it was consented or not? Add-ons let you focus on the areas that matter most to you without needing to upgrade to a higher package.

EsseNTIAL inspection
A Hardline Essential Building Inspection is a detailed, non-invasive assessment
carried out in accordance with NZS
4306: Residential Property Inspection.
We assess the accessible areas of
the property and identify visible defects, maintenance concerns, and potential
risks that may affect the property's condition or value.
You’ll receive a clear, straightforward
report paired with a phone consultation
to give you an opportunity to talk through
the findings.
Premium inspection
The Hardline Premium Building Inspection builds on our Essential assessment with a closer look at the property's condition. Alongside the full inspection, we use drone roof imagery and thermal imaging to help identify areas that may require further attention. You'll also receive priority report turnaround and a complimentary face-to-face consultation.
It's all about providing greater insight, added confidence, and extra peace of mind, knowing every accessible detail has been carefully considered.
